Its been about half a year that I do my job as a teacher and a trainer. I am still learning to improve myself though to be a better teacher and to make a difference in my students lives. It is my prayer and my greatest dream to make a big difference in other people’s lives, even with a small and simple thing, and that’s what I’m trying to do with my students.
So, working as a teacher is challenge for me. I’ve been blessed with an environment that allows me to grow, a place that allows me to improve, a boss that is very smart and is a great motivator. I learn to do things that I never did before. I learn how to appreciate time and make the best of every second given to me. To be honest with you, its not easy as I am a very unorganized person. But I learn to change coz I realize that time is running and I have to keep up or else I’ll be the one that is left behind. I learn that my dreams can’t wait. To many times we dream a lot without putting an effort to make it happen. We keep our dreams in the future while we stay in the present, dreaming, and forever it will remain the same if we don’t walk towards our dreams. I’m a dreamer and for quite a long time I don’t realize that I make my dreams eternal dreams coz my dreams are in the future while I’m here in the present, doing nothing but dreaming. I was awaken one day when I saw a quote on the wall of my office. It says : “A goal is a dream with a deadline” ~Napoleon Hill~ It changed my perspective about dream. It showed me how unwilling I have been to fight for it. I take too much time to make it happen. In fact, I’m overwhelmed by my own dreams that I don’t realize I’ve been sleeping too long. I need to wake up and dream awake. So I'm challenged after reading that quote. Now that I can see, if I really am willing or not to fight for my dreams. I use this quote to challenge my students as well. First I ask about their greatest dream in life and will they fight for it. All of them said yes. Then I ask them what's their goal coming to FORTUNA (the place where I teach.) And all of them said "to be able to speak english" So I challenged them to make this goal their dream and to put a deadline on it. When will it come true in their lives? They took a breath and said, "Sir, that's just impossible. We can't do it." But its your dream now I said. Will you fight for your dream? So they finally said yes and accepted the challenge. Some give 6 months to themselves, some 4 months, some 2 months and there's this one student who just moved to my class, she gives one week for herself to speak english. Her name is Elleanora, a fifth grader. But I was amazed at how she put a deadline for her dream. Not even my 27 year old student wanna do that. Now I am here to tell you how Elleanora's english skill progressed within 2 days. Awesome!!! Her grandma was surprised at how her grand daughter studies till 12 at night since then. A week went by and Elleanora doesn't immediately speaks english well, but looking at the progress of her skill, I can tell you that she's on her way to success. Now, are you greater than the fifth grader? If Elleanora is willing to fight for her dream, what about you? Now think for a moment before you go on reading and ask yourself, “what is your greatest dream in life?” Yea I mean your dream, the greatest one you can think of. It can be the thing that you want to do or the thing you want to be. You have one, don’t you?  Coz in fact, life is not going anywhere if you don’t have dreams. Now after knowing what your dream is, the next question is, will you fight for your dream? Yea will you do anything to make it happen? How much are you willing to put an effort to your dream? Now, of course you have goals in your life. What is said in the quote above is to make your goal your dream, and put a deadline on it. Why putting a deadline? Well, I tell you what, we make excuse a lot. Too many people have problem with integrity, including myself. Too many times we say we wanna do this and that but we end up doing nothing. This is a virus and you don’t want to risk your dream of course. One good thing about putting a deadline is that you’re on your way to get your dream. Its not gonna be staying forever in your future, in fact you’re future is soon becoming your present. I tell you this, your dream and your future are not that far. You just need to make a move because the fact is, nothing is too far as long as you are willing to take a step. After reading this article, I hope you check again your dreams list and see how many of them have you been fighting for. If you find none, you might wanna take this challenge . My students made a commitment to fight for their dreams, and this is their declaration : “Today I decided to put a deadline to my dream to speak English, and within 4 months from now I will have spoken English well. This is my dream and I am willing to fight for it” I can’t wait till 4 months to hear them saying : “Four months ago, I decided to put a deadline to my dream to speak English, I fought for it and now I am here to tell you that my dream comes true!” Well I hope this quote motivates you as much as it does to me. Now dream awake and make it happen!!! God bless you. ~Jack Loloin~

(Big Thanks To My Friend, dr. Azaria Amelia For This Great Health Analysis)
Tak disangka sekarang sudah November. Waktu berlalu begitu cepat.
Aku mohon, jangan menyerah atas diriku. Aku butuh bantuan. Aku hanya ingin berubah. Terima kasih.

So glad to be writing again. Just want to share a testimony that really made my day yesterday :)) So as you guys already know, me and some friends from TRINITY have been ministering to the people and the kids in the refugee camp in Noelbaki, West Timor. These are the people from Timor Leste who were affected by the conflict there. I heard this testimony yesterday from sister Ati, the one in charge of the play group there in the camp. We have started the ministry in the camp since last may and God has been so faithful in helping us providing the needs for the kids there. So, straight to the point.. Last August, we were there with a team from YWaM Perth, we played with the children, teach them how to wash their hands, feed them and pray with them.
We also did a home visit, where we met this child named Andreas with mental retardation who was kept at home and nobody in that environment ever really knew that he exists. His parents never really took him out. As we were praying for the children, his little brother came up to me and asked if we could come to his house to pray for his paralyzed brother. Some people there were shocked looking at this paralyzed boy as they never saw him before. He is around 11 years old. We prayed for him and also for both his parents. So there was a family restoration that day. I am glad to tell you guys today that this little Andreas is getting better and better, not a hundred percent but we can really see a big difference in him after we prayed for him that day. Not only that, some other things happened after we prayed for the people whom we visited. There's this guy suffering from kidney stone who always felt pain when urinating. It was so painful that he had to bite a clothe whenever he went to the toilet. He had been in pain for 4 years, he went to see doctors and even tried alternative medication but none can help. Nothing happened as we were praying but that night when he went to the toilet, miracle took place!!! He was totally healed. The pain had gone and now he urinates normally like he never suffered from any kidney stone. PRAISE THE LORD! He wished we can come and pray for him and the family again. Another testimony comes from a lady who was pregnant. One lady from the YWaM team prayed for this pregnant woman and spoke blessing over the womb. She said, this child will bring a great joy and blessing for the family. we didn't know what was happening in the family but God knew. We were told yesterday that there's a conflict between the family and their relatives. They've been separated for years and they didn't get along with one another, until the baby was born last month. Upon hearing about the birth of the baby, something touched the heart of that lady's brother and it compelled him to find his sister and asked for forgiveness. so they were reconciled and there was a restoration in their relationship. Awesome!!!
We've been praying for these people and keep coming every week to visit the children. And thank God that He use us to raise the awareness of the people in Kupang toward what is really happening in our land. Blessings keep flowing for the people. Somehow we still need your prayers that we can do another approach to the government to provide health insurance for the people in the camp.
Thanks to everyone who has been involved both materially and financially in making this ministry possible. May God bless you with grace and mercy. "For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of[a] love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister." (Hebrew 6:10 NKJV) Stay blessed. ~Jack Loloin~ www.jackers-online.blogspot.com
